Terms of Service

Welcome to Earnbe. Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement" or "Terms") carefully. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "you", or "your") and Earnbe, including its operators, developers, owners, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, "Earnbe", "we", "us", "our", or "Platform"). By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by every clause in this Agreement. **If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of the Platform.**

1. Eligibility, Membership, and Account Security

To access the services of Earnbe, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Users are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their account password and credentials. Share, transfer, sale, lease, or joint usage of user accounts with third parties is strictly prohibited. Earnbe will not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising from unauthorized access or compromise of your account.

2. Anti-Fraud Policy & Prohibited Activities

Earnbe maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of exploitation, system abuse, or fraud. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, leading to the immediate and permanent forfeiture of all accumulated balance, points, pending withdrawals, and permanent suspension of the account:

• VPN, Proxy, and Anonymization Tools: Spoofing, hiding, or altering your geographical location using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Proxy servers, Tor network nodes, or any virtual tunneling services is strictly forbidden. The system firewalls automatically detect and permanently terminate accounts utilizing such networks.
• Multi-Accounting & Botting (Sybil Prevention): A single physical individual is strictly limited to owning and operating exactly **one (1) account**. Creating multiple accounts, automating actions through emulators, automated scripts, bots, clickers, or mechanical simulators is absolutely prohibited.
• Reverse Engineering & Manipulation: Bypassing, deconstructing, or attempting to exploit the frontend interface, underlying APIs, databases, or third-party offerwall integrations.

Discretionary Enforcement: Earnbe reserves the sole, unilateral right to suspend, terminate, or delete any account immediately and without prior notice, justification, or explanation. In the event of account termination, all virtual points and balances are permanently nullified, and no compensation will be provided.

3. Virtual Point System, Conversions, and Escrow Hold Policy

All rewards on the Platform are credited as virtual Points (100 Points = $1.00 USD equivalent). Points are purely digital markers used to track in-app engagement and hold no real-world monetary value, property rights, or legal backing until converted and approved for withdrawal.

• 30-Day Security Hold: To prevent chargeback fraud and verify task compliance, any single task or offer reward equaling or exceeding **1.00 USD (100 Points)** is automatically subjected to a mandatory **30-day security escrow hold**.
• Unilateral Escrow Extension: Earnbe reserves the absolute right to extend this hold period indefinitely if any suspicious activity is detected, or if a third-party offerwall provider delays confirmation of compliance. The escrow hold is handled autonomously and cannot be manually bypassed.

4. Litecoin (LTC) Withdrawals & Absolute Loss of Funds Disclaimer

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via the Litecoin (LTC) network. By requesting a withdrawal, you agree to the following terms:

• Dynamic Minimum Withdrawal Limits: The minimum cashout limit is set dynamically at 2.50 USD ($2.50 / 250 Points) for a user's first-time withdrawal, and 0.50 USD ($0.50 / 50 Points) for all subsequent withdrawals. We reserve the right to alter these thresholds at any time without notice.
• Cryptocurrency Network Finality: All cryptocurrency transactions broadcasted to the Litecoin blockchain are mathematically final and irreversible. **Earnbe is absolutely not liable under any circumstances for funds lost due to incorrect, invalid, outdated, or mismatched LTC wallet addresses provided by the User.** You bear 100% of the risk of transaction failure or loss of funds.
• Audit and Turnaround Time: While most payments are processed within 1 to 24 hours, Earnbe reserves the right to hold any withdrawal indefinitely for manual audit, compliance checks, or security verifications.

5. Complete Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL OF ITS INHERENT SERVICES, FUNCTIONS, CODE, DATABASE CONNECTIONS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN **"AS IS"** AND **"AS AVAILABLE"** BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, EARNBE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, FREE OF VIRUSES, OR THAT TRANSACTIONS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT DELAY.

6. Absolute Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EARNBE, ITS FOUNDERS, OPERATORS, SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS, DEVELOPERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR DATABASE PROVIDERS (INCLUDING SUPABASE, INC.) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF VIRTUAL POINTS, LOSS OF EARNINGS, LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY, ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, REVENUE DECREASES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR THE FAILURE OF THIRD-PARTY OFFERWALL NETWORKS (e.g. LOOTABLY, AYETSTUDIO, ETC.) TO COMPENSATE OR CONFIRM LEADS. IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF EARNBE TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO **$1.00 USD**.

7. Third-Party Networks and Services

Earnbe integrates third-party offerwall networks, advertisements, and tasks. We exercise zero control over these third-party platforms. Earnbe shall not be held responsible or liable for any disputes, rejection of completed tasks, chargebacks, data collection, or technical failures initiated by these external providers. Any complaints regarding incomplete task payouts must be addressed directly to the respective offerwall provider.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and all relations between the parties shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, litigation, or legal claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
